Welcome to Zanfonts, a website and online service operated by Zanfonts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access the site or use our services ("User(s)," "you," or "your"). By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any applicable Font License Terms, which form a legally binding agreement. You also acknowledge our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the site on behalf of a company or organization, "you" includes both you and the entity, and you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Use of Our Service
Zanfonts provides users with the ability to purchase licenses to use fonts under the terms of a selected license agreement. References to “buying” or “purchasing” fonts refer to the purchase of font licenses, not ownership of the font software itself.
We offer multiple types of licenses. Please carefully review each license’s rights and limitations before completing your purchase. Use of this website or services by individuals under the age of 13 is prohibited.
You may create an account on Zanfonts.com to manage purchases and access downloads. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, please notify us immediately. Zanfonts is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.
Trial versions of certain fonts are available for free download for personal evaluation purposes only. These may be labeled as "Trial" or "Personal Use" fonts and often contain limited character sets. Commercial use or large-scale distribution of trial fonts is strictly prohibited.
Payment and Font Downloads
We accept PayPal as payment methods. After a successful purchase:
- Font files will be available on your My Account page.
- A download link will also be sent to your email.
- Orders without confirmed payment within 30 days may be cancelled.

Intellectual Property and License Restrictions
All fonts sold on Zanfonts.com remain the intellectual property of Zanfonts. By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the font as per the chosen license terms.
You may not:
- Modify, rename, decompile, or alter the font files or internal code
- Resell, redistribute, or share the font files in any format
- Make the font available to others for free or for sale, including embedding it for unrestricted access
Written permission from Zanfonts is required for any use outside the scope of the granted license.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not grant refunds for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect font or license selection.
- Inability to install or use the software.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Technical issues with the files (in such cases, we may offer file replacement or support, but not a monetary refund).
Sole Exception: The only exception to this policy is if it is conclusively proven that the font software purchased infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights or is not the legal property of Zanfonts. In such a specific instance of a valid ownership dispute, a full refund will be issued.
Transaction Resolution
Both parties share responsibility in ensuring a successful transaction. If you believe you didn’t receive your font files or received the wrong files, we may step in to resolve the issue. While we are not obligated to resolve every dispute, we may take an active role and reserve the right to make final decisions regarding transaction issues. We also reserve the right to correct any processing errors.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to our services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Provisions that should logically survive termination—including ownership rights, license limitations, and liability disclaimers—will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Zanfonts in connection with the use of our services.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. What constitutes a "material change" will also be determined by us. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.

Kami menawarkan beberapa jenis lisensi. Harap tinjau hak dan batasan setiap lisensi dengan cermat sebelum menyelesaikan pembelian Anda. Penggunaan situs web atau layanan ini oleh individu di bawah usia 13 tahun dilarang.
Anda dapat membuat akun di Zanfonts.com untuk mengelola pembelian dan mengakses unduhan. Jika Anda yakin akun Anda telah digunakan tanpa izin, harap segera beri tahu kami. Zanfonts tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian atau kerusakan apa pun yang diakibatkan oleh akses akun yang tidak sah.

Pembayaran dan Unduhan Font

- Tautan unduhan juga akan dikirim ke email Anda.
- Pesanan tanpa konfirmasi pembayaran dalam waktu 30 hari dapat dibatalkan.
- Jika Anda menghadapi masalah dengan pembayaran, unduhan, atau akses file, silakan Hubungi Kami untuk bantuan.
Kekayaan Intelektual dan Pembatasan Lisensi
Semua font yang dijual di Zanfonts.com tetap menjadi kekayaan intelektual Zanfonts. Dengan membeli lisensi, Anda diberikan hak non-eksklusif dan tidak dapat dipindahtangankan untuk menggunakan font sesuai dengan ketentuan lisensi yang dipilih.
Anda tidak diperbolehkan untuk:
- Memodifikasi, mengganti nama, mendekompilasi, atau mengubah file font atau kode internalnya
- Menjual kembali, mendistribusikan ulang, atau membagikan file font dalam format apa pun
- Menjadikan font tersedia bagi orang lain secara gratis atau untuk dijual, termasuk menyematkannya untuk akses tanpa batas
Izin tertulis dari Zanfonts diperlukan untuk penggunaan apa pun di luar cakupan lisensi yang diberikan.
Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana
Karena sifat digital produk kami, semua pembelian bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable). Kami tidak memberikan pengembalian dana dengan alasan apa pun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:
- Kesalahan pemilihan font atau lisensi.
- Ketidakmampuan untuk menginstal atau menggunakan perangkat lunak.
- Penyesalan pembeli atau perubahan pikiran.
- Masalah teknis dengan file (dalam kasus seperti itu, kami mungkin menawarkan penggantian file atau dukungan, tetapi bukan pengembalian uang).
Pengecualian Tunggal: Satu-satunya pengecualian untuk kebijakan ini adalah jika terbukti secara meyakinkan bahwa perangkat lunak font yang dibeli melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual pihak ketiga atau bukan merupakan properti sah dari Zanfonts. Dalam kasus sengketa kepemilikan yang valid dan spesifik seperti itu, pengembalian dana penuh akan diberikan.
Penyelesaian Transaksi
Kedua belah pihak berbagi tanggung jawab dalam memastikan transaksi yang sukses. Jika Anda yakin Anda tidak menerima file font Anda atau menerima file yang salah, kami dapat turun tangan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Meskipun kami tidak berkewajiban untuk menyelesaikan setiap perselisihan, kami dapat mengambil peran aktif dan berhak membuat keputusan akhir mengenai masalah transaksi. Kami juga berhak untuk memperbaiki kesalahan pemrosesan apa pun.
Pemutusan Hubungan
Kami dapat mengakhiri atau membatasi akses ke layanan kami kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya jika Anda melanggar Syarat ini. Ketentuan yang secara logis harus tetap berlaku setelah pemutusan—termasuk hak kepemilikan, batasan lisensi, dan penafian tanggung jawab—akan tetap berlaku.
Hukum yang Berlaku
Syarat ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan prinsip konflik hukum. Jika ada bagian dari Syarat ini yang dianggap tidak sah atau tidak dapat dilaksanakan, ketentuan lainnya akan tetap berlaku. Syarat ini mewakili perjanjian lengkap antara Anda dan Zanfonts sehubungan dengan penggunaan layanan kami.
Perubahan
Kami berhak mengubah Syarat ini kapan saja atas kebijakan kami sendiri. Apa yang dimaksud dengan "perubahan material" juga akan ditentukan oleh kami. Penggunaan layanan yang berkelanjutan setelah perubahan diposting berarti Anda menerima Syarat baru. Jika Anda tidak setuju, Anda harus berhenti menggunakan layanan ini.
